StarPlayer Installation Guide (Reinstall / Installation Issues)

⚠️ Please Read Before Installing

To use StarPlayer properly, you must install both ① App and ② Agent. If only one of the two is installed, playback may fail or you may keep seeing the installation prompt repeatedly.

① Install StarPlayer App

Download and install the file that matches your OS.

Windows StarPlayerAppSetup_1.0.6.exe
Mac (Apple Silicon) StarPlayerApp-1.0.6-arm64.pkg
Mac (Intel) StarPlayerApp-1.0.6.pkg

② Install StarPlayer Agent

Download and install the file that matches your OS. (For Mac, the same file is used regardless of chip type.)

macOS StarPlayerAgent_1.3.26.48.pkg

📌 Installation Order

  1. First, download and install the App file for your OS from the table above.
  2. Next, download and install the Agent file for the same OS.
  3. Both programs must be installed for the course video to play normally.
